Chris Haley is... THE ENTHUSIAST!
If you haven’t already, check out Dylan’s latest monthly mixtape!
If you enjoy mixtapes made by people with good taste in music, Dylan & I have something for you.
Hey, kids! It’s another Ping-Pong mix with the indomitable Chris Haley. Can you believe it? This is volume seven if you’re keeping track at home. You gotta catch ‘em all.
This one’s titled All Your Song Are Belong To Us and it’s composed entirely of covers. It’s also pretty great. Download it by clicking the cover image above (Drawn by Chris, of course. See, I told you he was indomitable.) and you can check out all the other mixes in the Ping series by clicking here.
Seacrest out.
To help you get ready for Halloween, here’s a spook-tastic mix I made a few years back. Download it here.
And finally, this year’s Ping-O-Ween mix, the dreaded sequel to the cult classic, it’s Bride of Ping-O-Ween! Assembled from the wails of the damned, Chris Haley and myself have crafted another set of spine-tingling tracks.
Thrill to tunes of deepest despair! Chill to songs of terror and torment! Spill to … well, don’t spill. Nobody likes a mess.
You can download it here. Happy Halloween, boys and ghouls.

And remember, there are more mixes over on the Master List.
It’s December, so in lieu of a single mix, I’ve embraced the season of giving and am offering up three – count ‘em! - three installments in the A Big Red Christmas series I started last year. Volume 4 is titled You’d Better Watch Out and includes tracks from the Jackson 5, Apples In Stereo, Marvin Gaye, and many more; Volume 5 is titled K-Mart Is Closed, with gems from Sufjan Stevens, Leadbelly, Super Furry Animals, and others; and Volume 6 is called My True Love Gave To Me, with songs from James Brown, Los Straightjackets, The High Llamas, and of course, John Denver & the Muppets, along with so many more.
Go fill up yr stockings with all this Christmas cheer. And Merry Christmas, Internet. You’re the best.
It’s March. Here’s the new mix, Challengers of the Unknown.

***Totally forgot to mention that the cover art is a detail from “Richard Humphreys, the Boxer”, by John Hoppner, 1788.
I’m listening to this right now as I work frantically on all the art I have to get done before we leave for ECCC.
April’s mix! Some of beautiful internet people you have already heard it. Some of you have not. All of you can get it here.
